These Regulations are enacted in accordance with section 50(3) of the Sale of Food Act.
Regulation 2 of the Sale of Food (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by deleting the words “Food Establishments” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “Non‑Retail Food Business”.
These Regulations are enacted in accordance with section 50(3) of the Sale of Food Act.
