This Law prescribes various issues and rules aimed to handle the infectious animal diseases; including the prevention, suppression and eradication of infectious animal diseases; also defining the preventive veterinary measures, mandatory scope of animal health protection, protection of animal welfare, financing of animal health protection, organization of legal entities for the performance of veterinary services; further ensuring the performance of important veterinary practices (monitoring, inspection, vaccination and many other).
List of infectious animal diseases is part of the Annex of this Law. The Law is divided into XIV Chapters and 112 articles, including inspection, offences and related penalties.
