The National Implementation Plan contains brief information about Azerbaijan, description of the existing institutional and legal system concerning POPs, assessment of present problems associated with POPs taking account of provisions of international agreements. Based on the aforementioned a multifarious strategy and activities directions were prepared, their implementation timeframe and budget was determined.
