The Act establishes special provisions for agricultural producers keeping up to 210 Livestock Units (DJP) who have not adapted their natural fertilizer storage facilities to requirements under the Water Law. It allows an extended timeframe to meet storage capacity requirements, introduces conditions for submitting notifications, and temporarily suspends administrative proceedings related to non compliance. The Act also specifies deadlines, obligations regarding documentation, and coordination among environmental and agricultural authorities. It enters into force the day after publication.
