This Regulation lays down the principles of agricultural insurance contracts to be concluded within the framework of the Agricultural Insurance Law No. 5363. In accordance with the terms of the insurance contract, the insurance company is obligated to provide the policyholder with an insurance policy that details the respective rights and responsibilities of both parties. These policies are formulated by the Agricultural Insurance Pool, based on the general conditions approved by the Institution, and in line with the tariffs and directives outlined in Article 7.
