This Act inserts Section 25A to the principal Act regarding annual licensing for carrying out the business of a credit union. It also repeals the Schedule and substitutes First Schedule on the constitution and procedure of the Co-operative Societies Appeals Tribunal and Second Schedule which specifies annual license fees.
