This Act provides for establishing the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption for the purpose of implementing and enforcing the provisions of this Act. The Act covers the following matters: duty of public servant to furnish statutory declaration; functions and powers of the Commission, including conducting investigation; duty and privilege of witnesses; acts of corruption committed by public servants; offences.
