This Decision here adopts the terms of the Croatian Support Program for the implementation of spring sowing/planting for the year 2026. The goals of this Program are to mitigate the negative consequences of rising production costs, to ensure the implementation of spring sowing and planting in 2026 despite disruptions, to preserve domestic production capacities and prevent a decline in production, and to contribute to the security of food supply in conditions of global geopolitical instability.
Support from the Program is granted as a one-time financial aid to agricultural producers who meet the conditions from point 4 of this Program. Eligible users are farmers who cumulatively meet the conditions to: are registered in the Register of Farmers; grow field crops and fruits and vegetables, which are eligible crops for support; have submitted a single application for the year 2025, with 1-20 hectares of land on which they grow acceptable crops.
