This Decree regulates the extraordinary intervention measure to support flour producers and the manner of its implementation, as well as the financial resources for its implementation. As an extraordinary intervention measure is a specific support is established for flour producers who were registered for the performance of milling activities by November 15, 2021 and who delivered flour in packages of up to five kilograms (including five kilograms) of the "T-400 smooth" and "T-500" types. Request for approval of support shall be submitted on the basis of a public call announced by the ministry responsible for agricultural affairs – the Agrarian Payments Administration.
