This Decree, implementing provisions of articles 7.8, first paragraph , 8.8 and 10.8 of the Animals Act, provides for the enforcement of matters. Particularly, the Decree focuses on: administrative fines and fine categories; fines and consequences for public health, animal health and animal welfare; appointment of members of Animal Affairs Council; Council meeting and rules of procedure; methods of investigation and inspection.
