This Decree ratifies the Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, signed in Basseterre, on April 15, 2016. The Technical Cooperation Agreement, aiming to promote technical cooperation in areas considered priorities by the Parties, came from need to promote sustainable development of cooperation between the Parties to develop cooperation that stimulates technical progress.
