This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment sets detailed rules for the special authorization required to carry out assessments and evaluations under the Act on the Protection of Nature and the Landscape. The present Decree defines the scope and form of the professional competence examination and re-examination, the content of applications for the examination and for grant or extension of the special authorization, and related procedural requirements. The Decree establishes procedural details: composition and appointment of a minimum three-member examination committee by the Ministry, timing and delivery of case study assignments, documentation required in exam and authorization applications, and specific content for extension requests.
