This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 22 articles and 15 Annexes, lays down requirements for registration duty and reporting obligation for individual types of waste, and in particular: records on the amount of products and materials resulting from preparation for reuse, recycling or other waste recovery activities (art. 5 and Annex 1); waste dump (art. 6 and Annex 2); the collection or purchase of metal waste (art. 7); transported hazardous waste (art. 8 and Annex 3); batteries and accumulators (art. 9 and Annex 4); elecgtrical equipment (art. 10 and Annex 6); packaging (art. 11 and Annex 7); non-packaged products (art. 12 and Annex 8); vehicles (art. 13 Aand Annex 9); tires (art. 14 and Annex 10); processing and recycling of used batteries and accumulators (art. 15); processing of electronic waste (art. 16 and Annex 11); processing of old vehicles (art. 17 and Annex 12 and 13).
