To provide for the effective protection of the environment and for other related matters - Establishes the Environmental Protection Agency, defines its functions and powers, and provides rules/standards for various matters regarding the environment, including waste management (all types). Agency is to coordinate/control the generation, treatment, storage, transportation of industrial waste and assure the protection of the environment.
