This Act, consisting of 60 articles, defines and concerns expropriation of private land and property, for the purpose of a public utility, against compensation. Measures covered by this Act include: required plots of land and nature of the expropriation; procedure for paying compensation; expropriated property encumbered with a property right; appointment of experts to record the damage caused to the owners and third parties by the expropriation, and related legal proceedings.
