These Regulations, consisting of 17 Sections, are enacted in accordance with the Feed Act 2009(Act 698), aiming to regulate the registration of the manufacture and sale of feeds or feed additives.
Entities to be engaged in the manufacture and sale of feeds or feed additives are required to be registered. At any time after receiving an registration application, an authorized officer may conduct site inspection. The Board may issue a certificate of registration of manufacturer or seller of feed or feed additive.
