This Act concerns management of gunpowder substances and dangerous explosives. The Act focuses on the following matters: penalties on master of ship and vessels landing gunpowder substances or dangerous explosives without licences; issuance of licences to deal in gunpowder substances; storage and packing of gunpowder substances and dangerous explosives; penalties on importing explosives without licences.
