These Regulations, implementing provisions of the Insurance Act, concern: classes of insurance and insurer's licence, including: marine insurance, property insurance, being insurance within the meaning of fire insurance, inland transportation insurance, livestock insurance; adjuster's licence and application to obtain a licence; insurance agents and procedure for obtaining a licence; fees to be paid for licences and services performed under the Act.
