Article 16 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Except for cases envisaged by part three of article 12 of Land Code (allotment of land plots by local government), allotment of land plots to natural persons and legal entities of Turkmenistan shall be performed on the basis of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.”
