The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Mineral Raw Material Act (BGBl. I, No. 38/1998). The Act adds article 67 a on «Exception for certain mountain mineral raw materials”; as well as article 215a on «Data for the mining information system»; and article 222 on «Community reporting obligations». The text consists of 8 articles.
