This Decree requires the Ministry of Economy to transmit information on the annual income of newly established and liquidated business entities, as well as business entities operating during the year, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection to transmit information on the average number of employees of business entities operating during the year, to the State Statistical Committee. It lays down the criteria "average number of employees" and "annual revenue" to determine entrepreneurs as micro, small, medium or large-scale entrepreneurs.
