This Act amends the Natural Resources Conservation Authority Act. Amendments cover the following matters: replacing sections regarding permits, offences in case of missing environmental impact assessment, the right to use force for ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Act, penalties, insertion of a new schedule concerning fines for misconduct, penalties and fines for discharging waste into any water and for polluting water.
