This Order regulates the conditions and procedure for: 1. determining the quality of raw milk when it is placed on the market; 2. performing official controls on raw milk farms and milk collection centers (as in accordance with related EU legislation listed in article 1-point 2 of this text); sampling of raw milk from farms; control of independent accredited veterinary laboratories for performing analyses of raw milk samples, testing methods and a system for electronic processing of analysis results; 5. corrective actions upon receipt of unsatisfactory results from the official control of farms and milk collection centers; processing and placing on the market raw milk that does not comply with the requirements of the European Union (EU) and the identification marking; 7. transportation of raw milk; 8. fulfillment of the obligations of food business operators (FBOs) throughout the dairy sector chain. The processing of data for the information provision of the monitoring and control of the implementation of the quality criteria for raw milk, the health, hygiene and structural requirements for the production and producers of raw milk is carried out in the "Milk" module as part of the Integrated Information System (IIS) of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA). The organization of the activities under the "Milk" module of the IIS is carried out by the BFSA.
