These Regulations, made under section 56 of the Physical Planning and Development Act, Cap. 5.12, concern land development and cover the following matters: agricultural development, including production of livestock, aquaculture, horticulture; industrial development; use of land for recreational opportunities; subdivision layout plan; touristic development; applications for land development; application for land subdivision; grant of permission; noxious or hazardous industrial development and permitted activities, including management of solid wastes; allocation of land for touristic development; coastal management; general and specific requirements for for land and residential development; land use and land classification; standards for land development.
