This Act repeals Section 17(4) and Section 17A regarding the transfer of property velonging to the Ports Authority to Samoa Shipping Corporation Limited. This Act inserts a new paragraph (dd) to Section 64(1) of the principal Act regarding the power to make regulations on the transition and transfer of staff and assets from the Samoa Shipping Corporation Limited to the Authority. Schedule 1 of the principal Act is amended by inserting two new ports.
