This Act provides for establishment of the Price Board Control, that shall be in charge to regulate the price for sale by retail of the commodities listed in the Schedule of the Act. Article 6 identifies powers of the Board. The text further provides for price inspection, and fixing the maximum price for the sale of the commodity. The Act prohibits selling a commodity at a greater price than the prescribed order and provides for penalties. The Act contains 18 Articles.
