These Regulations, made under provisions of the Public Health Act, Chapter 9.21, concern public health protection measures for defined areas of the island of St. Christopher. The Regulations cover the following matters: management of waste products of any trade or manufactory and refuse from hotels and business places; removal of refuse; keeping of animals and collecting of their waste; penalties.
