This Regulation defines the procedure for determining the forest composition and the procedure for determining, examining and changing the growth coefficient, for all forest parcels present on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. These procedures are also aimed as regards the possible change of certain habitat conditions that have to affect the effective forest parcel use and its official classification.
Slovenian Forest Service, on the basis of all available phytocoenological data and other information necessary for determining the forest community (maps, studies, databases, data of others), is here indicated as the competent national body.
