This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the Beekeepers Support Program for the repair of damage caused by bee colony mortality as for the year 2025. The support in terms of this text is a small-value support intended for beekeepers whose bee colonies have been confirmed by the State Inspectorate of the Republic of Croatia to be dying during the year 2025. The measure in the implementation of the Program is support for the compensation of lost profits to beekeepers due to the cessation of production caused by the destruction of bee colonies. Eligible beneficiaries of support are beekeepers defined in article 5. The amount of support is determined according to the number of affected colonies, and based on the data of the State Inspectorate on the conducted inspections of the affected apiaries during 2025.
