This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the Compensatory Support Measures Programme for depopulated areas as for the year 2025. The main beneficiary here indicated is an active farmer which is a natural person registered in the Register of Family Farms and a natural and legal person registered in the Register of Farmers, whose standard economic result in 2024 is greater than EUR 3,000, as well as all farmers who received direct payments in the amount of less than EUR 5,000 in the previous year, in accordance with the regulation governing the implementation of direct support for agriculture and IACS rural development measures for 2024. Eligible area for grating this kind of support is an agricultural area located in the area of the Local Government Units as listed in the Annex 1 of this text. Detailed eligibility conditions are laid down in article 5.
