This Regulation determines the implementation of sub-intervention 76.01.01. "Ensuring agricultural production" from the Strategic Plan of the Joint Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027, procedures for awarding support carried out by the Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development, the powers of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry as the Governing Body and handling appeals against the decisions of the Agency for Payments. The maximum values of agricultural production, which are the basis for calculating the amount for co-financing the insurance premium, are calculated by the Ministry for each calendar year and are found in Annex III of this text. Depending on the type of production, they can be calculated at the level of two regions: Continental and Adriatic Croatia. The grant of related aid/incentives (for both plant and animal production) will be awarded on the basis of a tender, as for: 1. an open tender or competition of a large number of unknown users and/or 2. limited competition in which the competition of a certain number of users is limited. List of animal diseases and zoonoses from that are subject to aid are listed in the Annex.
