This Regulation determines the rules regarding the implementation of the Support Program for co-financing the purchase of equipment for the production and processing of cheese and dairy products for the year 2026 and for the year 2027. Beneficiaries of the support are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, which are entered in the Register of Registered Establishments in the Business with Food of Animal Origin maintained by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries with a description of the milk processing activity on the holding on the first day of submitting the application for support in each implementation period. Related eligible costs are listed in article 5.
