This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs, prohibits the introduction of animals, products, and items capable of transmitting foot-and-mouth disease into Poland from certain regions, specifically from Hungary and Austria. It applies to cloven-hoofed animals and their biological materials, meat and meat products, milk and dairy products, by-products, manure, straw, and hay. It's objective is to protect animal health and prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
