This Regulation, in relation to the obligations deriving from the Croatian Law on aquaculture, here determines the official list of contents to be submitted in order to obtain the operation permit and registration permit as regards the use of foreign and local aquatic-fish species in aquaculture activities on the territory of the Republic of Croatia; the content of the Register of entries and transfers of foreign and locally invisible species in aquaculture; the contents of the closed aquaculture facilities where foreign and local species are present. The necessary contents and information here listed, are in full accordance with the provisions of the Article 4 (paragraph 1) of the Commission Regulation (EC) 535/2008 of 13 June 2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) 708/2007 on the use of foreign and locally invasive species in aquaculture.
