This Regulation prescribes the procedure for sealing fishery and aquaculture products, fishing gear and equipment, vessels, facilities, means of transport and/or containers and other objects with which an offence has been committed; the handling of temporarily seized fishing gear and equipment, vessels, means of transport, containers and other objects with which an offence has been committed; the handling of fishing gear and equipment found discarded, abandoned, lost or unmarked in/and at sea and along/in inland fishing waters; the handling of perishable fishery and aquaculture products with which an offence has been committed.
