This Resolution consisting of 3 articles prohibits fishing of Dolphinfish along the Libyan coast from the beginning of January until mid-August of each year. Article 3 mandates the confiscation and destruction of any quantities of marine catch by unauthorized fishing units. This process must be carried out by the local Marine Resources Offices, in coordination with specialized authorities.
