These Regulations set out rules as regards the powers of the authorized officers; applications for a license or a permit to harvest, cultivate, export, purchase or sell sea cucumber; prohibited harvesting methods; allocation of quota; species and sizes allowable for harvesting; designated closed areas; and offences and penalties. The culturing of sea cucumber shall not require quota allocation. The Director of Fisheries shall be responsible for the administration of these Regulations.
