These Regulations, made by the Minister under the section 190 of the Trade Marks Act, no.46 of 2003, provide for regulating the classification of good and services, in respect of which the trade mark is registered. The Regulations concern: requirements of the application for registration; opposition to registration; amendment of application for registration of a trade marks and related documents; period in which a trade mark can be registered; cancellation of registration; removal of tre trade mark from the register for non-use; claimed interests or rights concerning trade marks; importation of good infringing Vincentian trade marks; certified trade marks; payable fees and other administrative costs.
