Amended Nairobi Convention for the Protection, Management and Development of the Marine and Coastal Environment of the Western Indian Ocean

In accordance with Article 19(4) of the Nairobi Convention, the Conference adopted, on 1 April 2010, the Amended Convention for the Protection, Management and and Development of the the Marine and Coastal Environment of the Western Indian Ocean. The Amended Nairobi Convention of 2010 shall, once ratified, replace the Nairobi Convention of 1985 ("the Original Convention")
