Having completed an evaluation of the proposal by the European Union to list dicofol in Annexes A, B and/or C to the Stockholm Convention and having decided at its tenth meeting, in its decision POPRC-10/3, that the proposal meets the criteria set out in Annex D to the Convention,
Having also completed the risk profile for dicofol in accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 8 of the Convention,
