Recalling that, pursuant to decision BC-17/11, the Secretariat is to prepare, subject to the availability of resources, a draft report for submission to the Conference of the Parties at its eighteenth meeting, taking into account the outcome of the consideration of the matter by the Open-ended Working Group, and to make the draft report available on the website of the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal by 31 October 2026,
