Noting the priority areas for action recognized in decision SC-11/17, on the effectiveness evaluation, as they relate to implementation plans,

1. Welcomes the implementation plans transmitted by Parties pursuant to Article 7 of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants;
