The Open-ended Working Group

1. Takes note of the information provided by Parties and observers related to activities aimed at addressing issues related to waste containing nanomaterials;

2. Invites Parties and observers to make available to the Secretariat, by 31 December 2024, any new information related to activities aimed at addressing issues related to waste containing nanomaterials, including case studies about and best practices relating to the management of waste containing nanomaterials;
