The World Heritage Committee,

1. Taking into account Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure of the World Heritage Committee, on the creation of Subsidiary bodies,

2. Establishes a Working Group on Item 15 (Budget) of the Agenda of its 35th session as a Subsidiary Body, that shall meet for the duration of the 35th session, with a specific mandate to:

a) Examine item 15 of the Agenda and to formulate its recommendations thereon; and

b) Report back to the Committee at its plenary session.
