Overviews environmental and resource adjudication in China in 2020. Organized in four sections: (I) Adopting a people-centric approach to ensure fair hearing of environment and resources cases in accordance with the law; (II) Implementing the philosophy of green development for the overall work of the Party and the State in the new era; (III) Continuous institutional and systemic innovations for an environment and resource adjudication system with Chinese characteristics and international influence; and (IV) Responding to the judicial needs of the public for overall enhancement of judicial
