Highlights: The objective of the meeting is to advance the work on the preparation of draft updated technical guidelines on the ESM of wastes consisting of, containing or contaminated with persistent organic pollutants, for their consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its eighteenth meeting (19 - 30 April 2027, Panama). The meeting participants include representatives of the SIWG.
