This Act amends 26 points of the Air Protection Act. The Act establishes provisions concerning protection of the ozone layer of the Earth and the climate system of the Earth (Section III of the amended Act), competences of Czech trade inspection (art. 47) and competences of customs offices (art. 51) in the matters related to air protection.
