The present Act introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Act 2011 (BGBl. I No. 10/2011). In particular, the Act amends, inter alia, article 1 dealing with implementation of EU-directives. Moreover, a paragraph 3a is added to article 24 concerning customs inspection of consignment or lots from third countries.
