Directions provided by the Comptroller of Customs in the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 273 of the Customs and Excise Act (CAP.121) and rule 3 of the associated rules. The Second Schedule of the Customs Rules (CAP.121) is amended by deleting several references.
Various licences, dockets, transshipment bills, landing certificates, etc are replaced by a Single Administrative Document (SAD).<br />
