This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments to the Decree establishing the methodology of examining distinctness, uniformity, stability and utility of varieties. In particular, the present Decree amends the list of agricultural species varieties of which must comply with the methodologies of tests for distinctness, uniformity and stability (specified in Annex 1 Table 1.1 of the amended Decree) and the list of vegetable species varieties of which must comply with the methodologies of tests for distinctness, uniformity and stability (Annex 2).
